Associate Professor Michelle Jong

Associate Professor Michelle Jong obtained her medical degree from Queen’s University of Belfast (United Kingdom) in 1993 and her fellowship with the Academy of Singapore (Endocrinology) in 2002 and with the Royal College of Physicians in 2007. Her clinical interests include Diabetes Mellitus and in particular Diabetes in pregnancy. She obtained her Masters in Health Professionals Education from Massachusetts General Hospital Institute.

She is currently a Senior Consultant in the Department of Endocrinology, Tan Tock Seng Hospital (TTSH) and Visiting Consultant in the Joint Obstetric/Diabetes Clinic at KK Women’s and Children’s Hospital.

Her roles in Education include: Associate Chairman Medical Board (Education) in Tan Tock Seng Hospital, Clinical Lecturer at National University Hospital, Adjunct Faculty at Duke-NUS Graduate Medical School and at Lee Kong Chian Medical School. She is also the current Residency Advisory Committee Chair for Endocrinology in Singapore
